Use manufacturer part numbers where available and identify customer-nominated or restricted components. Add notes where substitutions are not acceptable.
State the supply model
Clarify whether the project is full turnkey, partial turnkey or customer-supplied. This helps frame the sourcing and manufacturing conversation.
