BOM Review
Bills of materials are reviewed for completeness, reference designator consistency and line-item structure before production planning starts.
Manufacturing evidence
A transparent view of our manufacturing workflow, quality checkpoints and engineering collaboration process.
How to read this page
This page describes the workflow and checkpoints that apply to a confirmed NAVOMAX project, with manufacturing supported by SZTMY. It deliberately does not publish capacity figures, equipment inventories, customer counts, facility measurements or certification claims. Those statements are added only when a verifiable record exists for the applicable legal entity.
Section 1
Engineering review is the first controlled stage of a project. It converts the supplied design and bill of materials into a reviewed manufacturing scope before any production decision is taken.
Bills of materials are reviewed for completeness, reference designator consistency and line-item structure before production planning starts.
Gerber and fabrication data are checked against the assembly requirements so layer, aperture and outline questions are raised before tooling decisions.
Manufacturability considerations — pad geometry, component spacing, assembly access and process suitability — are reviewed against the design as supplied.
Component packages, availability considerations and substitution questions are reviewed so supply issues surface during engineering review rather than on the line.
Build approach, panelization considerations and process routing are assessed against the confirmed project scope before a production commitment is made.
Section 2
Each project follows the same sequence. Stages are completed in order, so an unresolved engineering question does not carry forward into assembly.
Section 3
Quality checkpoints are placed at the transitions where defects are cheapest to catch — before material enters assembly, during assembly, and before shipment release.
Received components and bare boards are checked against the documented project requirements before release to assembly.
Assembled boards are inspected against the agreed acceptance criteria for the confirmed project scope.
Assembly process parameters are monitored so variation is identified during production rather than at final release.
Testing is performed against the customer-provided test requirements, fixtures and acceptance criteria where those are available.
Final verification and documentation review take place before shipment release for the confirmed scope.
Quality system evidence
Evidence is organised by the area it supports, and each area states what is supplied for a confirmed project scope. Certification and capability statements are published only when verified for the applicable manufacturing entity.
Production scope is confirmed against the actual board, assembly and test requirements. Process routing and build approach are agreed for the confirmed project rather than assumed from a general capability statement.
Control points, acceptance criteria and inspection scope are documented for the confirmed project. Nonconformances are recorded and dispositioned before the affected material moves to the next stage.
Where test procedures, fixtures, software and acceptance criteria are supplied, testing is executed against them and reviewed against the specified pass conditions. Parameters outside the agreed test scope are stated as untested.
DFM feedback, BOM considerations and assembly requirements are recorded during the review phase, so engineering questions and their resolutions remain traceable for the confirmed project.
Certification name, issuing organization, validity and scope are published only when verified for the applicable manufacturing entity. No certification is presented on this page until that verification is complete for the confirmed scope.
Section 4
This gallery is presented in stages. Where a genuine, verifiable asset exists it is shown with a factual caption; every remaining slot stays empty until an authorized record is supplied. Publishing a representative image in place of a genuine record would misrepresent the evidence, so empty slots stay empty by design.

Entity boundary
NAVOMAX coordinates the customer-facing engineering and project path. Manufacturing is delivered with SZTMY manufacturing capability for the confirmed project scope. Any certification, capacity, customer-count, facility or experience statement is attributed to the applicable legal entity and published only once verified.
